What is Energy Work?
Reiki for Everyone
Reiki is an ancient Japanese practice of energy healing, that is a type of alternative medicine, and is a safe treatment for all ages. Reiki is performed when a practitioner uses a technique "called palm healing or hand laying" through which the "universal energy" or "life force energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to stimulate their natural healing abilities.
Why You Should Get Reiki Treatments
Energy therapies (energy healing) are based on the concept that disturbances in energy fields in and around the body result in illness, and that improving the flow and balance of energy can improve health and wellbeing (verywellhealth, 2018).
If energy in the body is low, weak, or blocked this can contribute to: emotional, mental, physical health problems; sickness, stress, and more.
How Reiki Can Help You
Calm the nervous system
Reiki treats the whole person mind, body, and spirit. In many cases, creating beneficial effects that may relax, support the nervous system, increase the rate of the healing process, support immune system function, increase feelings of security and wellbeing.
Each Reiki session is unique, with no two being the same. Reiki balances the flow of energy, releasing trapped, or blocked energy. A balanced energy flow can help with managing symptoms of illness or disease as a complementary treatment. Reiki is not a primary treatment to cure any illness or disease. The Difference Between Reiki and Intuitive Energy Healing.
Intuitive Energy healing is very similar to Reiki as they are both under the umbrella term Energy Work. A Intuitive healer will scan the body and manipulate the clients own energy to remove blocked energy. Once the blockage is removed, healing energy is channeled to help heal the client. Intuitive energy healing can be more specialized if the healer needs it to be. The healer can target specific areas like emotional issues, removing blocks, cutting cords, crystal healing, working with chakras, and your Aura.

Distance Reiki
Is a form of reiki performed from afar. This makes it a great method for those who are unable to make it to an in person session.
Reiki with Crystals (crystal healing)
Is the classic practice of reiki with the addition of crystal energy to facilitate healing. Each crystal has its unique benefits that can assist during reiki sessions.
Sound Healing
Sound healing is an ancient wellness practice for healing, relaxation, and self-care. A sound healing session involves lying down with your eyes closed in a comfortable setting, as you focus on sounds made by singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, gongs, and drums.
Mentorship
With Mentorship, I will sit with you 1:1 and give guidance on these topics: Manifestation, Soul Shift, Crystals for beginners, Crystals 101, and Energy Healing.
